Toothless Smile

Since birth, you smiled occasionally after you drank nen nen (milk) or after you have your morning bath or when you sleep or when mummy cuddles you. Mummy knew these flash toothless grins are random and spontaneous – triggered simply by neurons firing in the brain stem and unrelated to good moods. Whatever it is, mummy like to see you smiling. To mummy, you smile because you feel contented, and your smiles melt mummy heart. Sometimes, you have gurgling smiles when you sleep.    外公 said 床头公公 and 床头婆婆 are playing with you...

Its not easy to snap your flash toothless smile. This is a precious one. "Ethan boy boy, please smile more frequent so that Mummy can snap photos."

04/04/2013, you are 43 days old, a 6 week old baby. Mummy saw your first emotional smile. Mummy was cuddling and talking to you. You gazed at Mummy and listened attentively. "Ethan boy boy, daddy is going to outstation later. Tonight, you will be sleeping with mummy only. Daddy will be away for two days. Mummy feels so happy and blissful to have you. 有你真好(Its so good to have you)." You responded to Mummy with a smile as if you understand what mummy is talking about. I am not sure if you seriously understand. But, Mummy knew that was an emotional smile which is different from those "fake" smiles.

Mummy loves you ! Muaaakssss....
