1/2 tsp dark soya sauce
2 tbsp hot water
1 tbsp fried garlic oil
dash of sesame oil

Second, out white rice and water into a claypot and cook until slightly dry. Add in seafood and mixture, cover lid and continue to cook until the water is dry.
Third, remove from heat and leave covered for 3 mins. Add in chopped spring inion, sauce and mix well.
my first attempt, was a failure.. i used a new brand of japanese rice which i never tried b4, and i guess i put too much of water and the rice is glutinous..
